Arrival by train:
Saint-Raphaël-Valescure TGV station connects major cities (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nice). From the station: regional train towards Menton (3 minutes, Boulouris-sur-Mer stop), then 11 minutes' walk (800 m) to the villa. By taxi or car rental: approximately 7 minutes.
By bus:
- Line 10 (direction Boulouris Mairie Annexe) from Saint-Raphaël bus station to "Les Lentisques" stop, then 1 minute on foot.
- Line 21 (Trayas Pointe Notre Dame) from "Bonaparte - Casino" towards "Cap Boulouris", then 15 minutes on foot.

- On foot: the beaches and coves of Boulouris are accessible in 30 minutes (2.3 km). Shops in Boulouris town centre are approximately 5 minutes away (400 m). For Saint-Raphaël town centre: car, bike or bus (approximately 6 minutes).
- By bike: pleasant district, cycle paths along the sea. Beach, port and coastal footpath in less than 10 minutes.
- By local bus: Line 10 towards Boulouris, Saint-Raphaël town centre and surrounding beaches, "Les Lentisques" or "Cap Boulouris" stops a few minutes away.
- Car: quickest solution for beaches, town centre and trips to the Esterel. Easy parking on site and in town.
