The facilities left nothing to be desired; the pool in particular was the highlight for the children. They would have loved to spend the whole time by the pool. For the grown-ups, the surrounding area (the lovely centre of Flayosc with its authentic weekly market and small restaurants) as well as destinations within about a 1–1.5-hour drive (Nice, Cannes, Monaco, beaches, etc.) are perfect for great day trips. We particularly loved the authentic charm of the accommodation and the peaceful surroundings. It’s a world away from the bustling coastal resorts. »

On the edge of forest and perfectly sheltered from view, La Bastide du Soleil is an elegant air-conditioned villa that can accommodate up to 8 travellers. With its 4 bedrooms, lounge with fireplace and open-plan kitchen, it combines comfort and conviviality for a peaceful holiday.
From the moment you arrive, large sliding glass doors flood the house with light and open onto a superb Mediterranean garden of 1,700 m²: entirely flat, tree-lined and with no overlooking properties. A rare setting, in a quiet cul-de-sac, just minutes from the village of Flayosc and only 45 minutes from the beaches.
Outside, everything is designed for you to make the most of the South: private 10 × 5 m swimming pool, covered and open terraces, fitted summer kitchen, pool-house, Mediterranean garden, and stone-paved parking. The pool is maintained regularly.
Built facing due South on two levels, the villa offers spacious living areas and an ideal layout for families or friends. On the ground floor: a master suite with dressing room and private bathroom, a lounge with suspended fireplace, an open-plan lounge leading to a fully equipped Provençal dining kitchen, and a utility room. Upstairs: three bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom and separate WC.
For your comfort: reversible air-conditioning with ducts, underfloor heating, electric shutters, Wi‑Fi, and triple garage, including a double one of 41 m² with storage cellar.
Completely private villa: no shared spaces, no overlooking properties. You enjoy exclusive use of the villa, private swimming pool, terraces, summer kitchen and garden, in an intimate, peaceful and unspoilt atmosphere.

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the villa is very spacious and the outdoor area is lovely. The swimming pool in particular was perfect for us – very large and just the right temperature – we really enjoyed it!
