A fixed monthly rent, regardless of occupancy. Lease drafted by a specialised real-estate lawyer.

Surveillance, maintenance and coordination of contractors year-round. From €150 incl. tax/month.

Throughout the contract, you retain full control of your property and remain its sole operator. You decide when you occupy it, and the final decision stays yours.
We also support you with registering your property and with your local council's rules; the declaration stays in your name. Tax is a profession of its own: we provide the season's figures, and your accountant does the rest.
