Recently built with contemporary lines, this single-storey three-room flat unfolds on one level and is fully air conditioned.
The living area, open and bright, offers a comfortable sofa bed, a television corner and a round table for four guests. Adjoining it, the kitchen is fully equipped: hob, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, refrigerator and complete small appliances.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a large mirror and wardrobe space. The second bedroom, designed for younger guests, combines a mezzanine bed with integrated desk and a single bed. A shower room with shower and toilet completes the layout.
The terrace
A true second living space, it surrounds the accommodation over more than one hundred square metres of landscaped lawn. Under a shaded pergola: the hot tub and its lounge seating. Further on, sun loungers facing the countryside, a dining table for six, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
